The guest can cancel up to 14 days before the start of the booked room without giving reasons and origin of costs. The guest must declare the cancellation in writing or in text form (by letter or email) or via his user account to the host in accordance with the cancellation period. The decisive date for the timeliness of the cancellation is the receipt of the declaration by the host. The right to cancel the guest's booking as a consumer remains unaffected. In the event of cancellation in accordance with Section 8.1. The host will fully refund the fees already paid to the guest. The booking price will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the cancellation notification. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the Host will reimburse the Guest for the booking price using the same form of payment that the Guest used to book the room.
