Open your Microsoft Exchange Admin Center
Navigate to "Recipients" -> "Mailboxes"
Select the Ressource Mailbox of the Room you want to connect
Navigate to "Manage mailbox deligation"
Edit the "Read and Manage" permissions
Add the User, that you use to Login on your RoomNow Display Panels
