When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted byFacebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page.Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have aFacebook profile or are not currently logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of Facebook Inc. in the USA and stored there. These data processing operations are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Facebook's legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising based on your surfing behavior.
By using this "FacebookConnect" button on our website, you also have the option of logging in or registering on our website using your Facebook user data. Only if you give your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO prior to the registration process on the basis of a corresponding notice about the exchange of data with Facebook, we receive the general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile when using the "Facebook Connect" button from Facebook, depending onyour personally made data protection settings at Facebook. 2. Login with Apple, LinkedIn and MicrosoftSingle sign-on
Single sign-on" or "single sign-on registration or authentication" refers to procedures that allow users to register with a provider of single sign-on procedures (e.g., a social network), including our online service, using a user account. The prerequisite for single sign-on authentication is that users are registered with the respective single sign-on provider and enter the required access data in the online form provided for this purpose, or are already registered with the single sign-on provider and confirm the single sign-on registration via a button.
Authentication takes place directly with the respective single sign-on provider. In the course of such authentication, we receive a user ID with the information that the user is logged in under this user ID at the respective single sign-on provider and an ID that cannot be used by us for other purposes (so-called "user handle"). Whether additional data is transmitted to us depends solely on the single sign-on procedure used, on the data releases selected as part of the authentication process, and also on which data users have released in the privacy or other settings of the user account with the single sign-on provider. Depending on the single sign-on provider and the user's choice, this can be different data, usually the e-mail address and the user name. The password entered as part of the single sign-on process with the single sign-on provider can neither be viewed by us nor is it stored by us.
Users are asked to note that their details stored with us may be automatically compared with their user account with the single sign-on provider, but that this is not always possible or actually occurs. If, for example, the user's e-mail addresses change, they must change them manually in their user account with us.
We may use single sign-on, if agreed with users, as part of or prior to the performance of the contract, if users have been asked to do so, process it as part of consent, and otherwise use it based on the legitimate interests of us and the interests of users in an effective and secure login system.
Should users decide at some point that they no longer wish to use the link between their user account and the single sign-on provider for the single sign-on procedure, they must remove this link from their user account with the single sign-on provider. If users wish to delete their data from us, they must cancel their registration with us.
Types of data processed: inventory data (e.g. names, addresses), contact data (e.g. e-mail, telephone numbers).
Data subjects: Users (e.g. visitors to the website, users of online services).

  13. Online-Marketing

    1. Facebook Pixel for creating CustomAudiences with advanced data matching (with cookie consent tool).Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook is used in the mode of extended data matching, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 GrandCanal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
On the basis of his explicit consent, when a user clicks on an advertisement played onFacebook and placed by us, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook Pixel. Then, after forwarding, thisURL parameter is inscribed in the user's browser via a cookie that our linked page sets itself. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data such as the mail address that we collect on our website linked to the Facebook ad during transactions such as purchase transactions, account logins or registrations(extended data matching). The cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and allows the data, including specific customer data, to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook Pixel with extended data matching, it is possible for Facebook, on the one hand, to precisely determine the visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook Ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel with advanced data matching to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit toFacebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel with advanced data matching, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of users and do not have a harassing effect. This allows us to further evaluate the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whetherUsers were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion"). Compared to the standard variant of Facebook Pixel, the extended data matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more related conversions.
