As a host on DeskManager, efficiently managing bookings is crucial for maintaining an organized space. This article will guide you through the process of deleting recurring bookings for a guest or user, ensuring smooth and accurate management of your space.
To begin, log in to your DeskManager account on. Once logged in, navigate to the sidebar menu and click on "Bookings". A dropdown menu will appear, providing you with various booking-related options. Select "Bookings overview" from the dropdown.
On the bookings overview page, locate the search field and enter the name of the guest or user whose recurring booking you wish to delete. You can also use filters to narrow down your search results, making it easier to find the specific booking.
After locating a booking from the search results, which is a part of the recurring booking, click on the associated name.
This action will open a window displaying additional information about the guest. Scroll down within the window until you see the text "Click Here" to view further details about the booking. Click on the link to proceed.
Within the booking details page, you will find the option "Cancel recurring booking" at the bottom. Click on this option, and a new window will appear.
In the new window, you can choose the bookings you want to cancel. You have the option to select all bookings by checking the box at the top, or individually select each booking within the recurring series that you wish to delete.
Once you have made your selection, click on the "Cancel" button to proceed with the cancellation process.
Congratulations! You have successfully canceled the selected bookings within the recurring series.
